Lesson Policies
GENERAL & DAILY POLICIES:
Lessons are scheduled Monday-Thursday at the same time slot each day. No Call/No Show cases will be non-credited and charged at the daily rate listed on your registration.
Due to limited parking, please arrive no sooner than five minutes prior to your child’s scheduled lesson time. Out of respect for other parents watching their child's lessons, we request that after your lesson is finished, you get your child changed promptly and allow the use of space for parents arriving for the next lesson. We strive to provide a distraction free environment for our learners, and your cooperation to help ensure this is appreciated!
***ISR requires that you bring three towels to each lesson.***
Please have your child use the restroom prior to your scheduled lesson time. This helps us teach more lifesaving lessons to children by maximizing our scheduled time slots. :0)
***All children who are not potty-trained must wear a non-disposable lined swim diaper. Disposable swim diapers are not acceptable.
IMPORTANT: For safety reasons, we request that your child does not eat or drink 1.5 - 2 hours prior to their lesson. Additionally, we request and require that children are not left unattended AT ANY TIME while in or around the pool or parking area. This is not only for their safety, but for the safety of others as well.

PARKING:
Please park in the gravel driveway. You will go through the white gate that has a ISR sign on it.

As much as we love the Treasure Coast of Florida, the weather can be quite unpredictable!
In the event of THUNDER or LIGHTNING: lessons will be cancelled, and rescheduled.
No exceptions will be made - (this is legally required and ensures the safety of your child)
